Your bookings are listed there, newest first.
Open a booking
See the full details, status and any tickets or vouchers.
Booked as a guest?
Use the confirmation email, or contact us with your reference and we'll help.
Details explained
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payment or confirmation is still being completed. |
| Confirmed | Your booking is secured and your documents are issued. |
| Cancelled | The booking was cancelled — check your email for any refund details. |
Frequently asked questions
Make sure you're logged in with the email you booked with. If you booked as a guest, contact us with your reference.
Open the booking in My Account to download it, or ask us to resend it.
