Description

Meet your guide in the lobby of your downtown hotel, then drive to the famous Mutianyu Great Wall which will take about 1.5 hours. Your guide will tell you stories along the way, feel free to ask questions.

Upon arrival, take the cable car/ski lift to the Wall, and follow your guide to hike up and down to explore different towers. Learn many facts about this world-famous architecture. After a 1.5-hour hike, you'll descend either by cable car or fun toboggan. Next, enjoy a delicious lunch in the local restaurant and head to the Ming Tombs.

The Ming tombs are a collection of mausoleums built by the emperors of the Ming dynasty of China. Listed in World Cultural Heritages by UNESCO, Ming Tombs shows impressive natural landscape and historical significance. Among thirteen tombs, you'll visit Dingling. Dingling was built in 1590. Emperor Shen Zong and his two empresses were buried here. Explore the courtyards and museums with your tour guide, go inside the emperor's underground palace, and gain deep insight into the life and history of the Ming Dynasty.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
